Bang & Olufsen

Bang & Olufsen, commonly known as B&O, was founded in Denmark in 1925 by Peter Bang and Svend Olufsen. Initially, the company focused on manufacturing radios and quickly gained a reputation for its high-quality and innovative products. From the beginning, the brand has influenced interior design trends in the entertainment electronics sector. It was a pioneer in the invention of the turntable and the introduction of touch-sensitive controls. It also led the way in creating universal remote controls and connected home speakers, and its latest speaker technology is industry-leading in terms of longevity and expandability.

In recent decades, Bang & Olufsen has expanded its product range to include smart devices such as wireless speakers, headphones, and smart home solutions. Additionally, they have collaborated with other luxury brands and car manufacturers: for instance, premium B&O sound systems ensure impeccable sound quality on the road in high-end Audis, Lamborghinis, Bentleys, and previously Aston Martins.

Since the 1990s, Bang & Olufsen has been available in Hungary as well. The brand has a strong presence in the Hungarian market and continuously strives to improve the customer experience and implement the latest technological developments. Its only monobrand store in the country is located in Budapest, at 55 Alkotás Street, at the base of the Hillside Office Building. The full range is available online at www.audioliving.hu.
